If you have registered a domain name with us, you are also responsible for keeping all contact information current. Sky Glass UK is not liable for any domain lapses due to outdated information.

Falsifying contact information may result in account suspension or termination.
Note: For purchases involving dedicated servers or transactions deemed high-risk, we may request a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of the payment method used (e.g., credit card). Failure to meet these conditions may lead to cancellation of the order.
2. Website Transfers
We’re happy to assist with migrating your existing website to Sky Glass UK, subject to the following:

Free website transfer assistance is available within 30 days of your initial signup date and only applies to accounts using cPanel.

Migrations from hosts using non-standard or custom control panels may incur a migration fee.
3. Fraud Prevention
